Back trainers help train the whole back and gluteal musculature in a targeted way which is easy on the spine. The commercial quality Nautilus NT 1120 rotary ab/back trainer is new in our range and makes it possible to do gym exercises at home. Our top tip!
We have classed the Kettler Apollo with the back trainers as it relieves the strain on the intervertebral disc and muscle tension. The classics Kettler Vario and Kettler Medic back trainer complete our range.
In order to maximise effectiveness we recommend using dumbbells or bands as well.
