The highly elastic Bellicon Rebounder Medi-Swing is ideal for cheering yourself up and bringing more exercise into your life. Its highly elastic rubber ropes make particularly soft and harmonic vibrations possible. They swing deep into the Bellicon Medi-Swing's mat and are slowed down very softly. This enables you to train in a very relaxed manner with as little strain on the joints and spinal disc as possible.
Exercising on the Bellicon Rebounder is fun, dead easy and extremely wholesome at the same time. There is no other way in which the body can be exercised as extensively with such little effort. Children, adults and the elderly alike can make use of the Bellicon Medi-Swing in the same way. One does not usually break a sweat at all when swinging gently.
