Bodycraft 3D Smith Rack "The Jones"

The Bodycraft 3D Smith Rack "The Jones" is the development of the Smith machine for a natural and safe barbell workout. The patented 3D technology allows an excellent latitude of the barbell and a multitude of exercises. Conventional Smith gyms allow the motion in vertical direction. The Bodycraft 3D Smith Rack "The Jones" moves vertically and horizontally and offers several, natural, and free courses of exercises.

All exercises with free weights can be done with the Bodycraft 3D Smith Rack "The Jones". Just turn the wrist a bit to lay down safely the weights in the holders of the cage. Adjustable crossbars offer additional safety. The "Jones 3D" is ideal for strength workouts with free weights and suitable from beginners to preparation for competitions for each athlete.
