The training machine Daum ergo_bike 8008 Pro fulfills this requirement perfectly. The Daum ergo_bike 8008 Pro features an electronic gear shift with 28 gears as well as an intensity range from 25-800 watts and therefore provides a real bicycle feeling and take even high-performance athletes to their performance limit. Compared to its predecessor ergo_bike 8008 TRS, the Daum ergo_bike 8008 Pro features an improved console with an easier and more structured menu, that quickly and easily leads the user to the right information and programs.

  - The computer in the dashboard generates and monitors an optimal training plan for the user based on the BMI, weight, body fat content, resting heart rate, heart rate when exercising, etc., as well as an individual fitness test.
