Powerful dashboard:
An essential criteria for ergometer training is to avoid under and overtraining as well as the load with different heart rates. Therefore pulse controlled fixed programs do not determine the braking power in watt but by the different targeted heart rates. If measured heart rate exceeds the targeted heart rate, resistance is decreased, if heart rate falls below the targeted heart rate, resistance is increased. The permanently stored and manually programmable training programs and data are processed and monitored by a powerful computer that uses 5 LCD displays and a graphic screen to display the corresponding data. Any required setting can be entered without interrupting the workout.
LCD displays for performance output (in watt), pedaling speed, speed, distance, heart rate and calorie consumption; programmable upper heart rate limit. Data storage for 4 users, high resolution graphic display with 4864 pixels to graph prechosen training intensity curves.
