The stride length of the Kettler crosstrainer Elyx 7 is adjustable in three levels. This offers several persons of different heights a comfortable workout with the Elyx 7. Furthermore, different workouts can be exercised thanks to the adjustment of stride length. The setting of 38 cm is similar to the course of motion of going, the stride length of 50 cm simulates a running motion. The wattage of the Kettler Elyx 7 can be varied between 25 and 400 watts and even exercised athletes begin to sweat.
