The Marcy Fitness Smith Rack Deluxe is an absolutely solid multi gym offering a varied usage. The ergonomic construction of this multi gym Marcy Fitness Deluxe offers best motion courses for lat-pull, butterfly, leg extension, bench press, etc.
The (inclined) bench press can be accomplished either guided with the Marcy Fitness Smith Rack or free with a barbell bar (optionally available) - according to your training target and advance. Regarding squats, it is the same: just adjust the height-adjustable barbell rack (safety spotters) to the corresponding size and start the exercise. The free-mobile Marcy Fitness Multi-Position-bench, included in delivery, includes a curlpult for an intensive biceps training and a leg extension module for exercising leg muscles. Possible detail solutions as i.e. integrated racks for weight plates and a foot-rest for sitting rowing motions complete the Marcy Fitness Smith Rack Deluxe.
