You accomplish an ergonomic rolling movement in kneeling position on the curved rails. This innovative, guided (!) movement for exercising abdominal muscles is gentle to back, shoulders, and neck at the same time. The workout with the Men`s Health PowerTools AB-TRAX allows a training of the linear and lateral abdominal muscles. Just adjust the seat angle (middle, right, left).
