The innovative training concept of Octane Fitness ergometers allows a cardiovascular workuot in recumbent position. In contrast to conventional ergometers or recumbent bikes, the muscles of torso and arms are exercised with a workout on Octane Fitness ergometers. An innovative and holistic workout is made possible with both recumbent ergometers, the Octane Recumbent Bike XR6e and the Octane Fitness recumbent ergometer XR6ce, which has hand pulse sensors in addition.
