The Polar AW200 graphically visualises the intensity of your movement with five activity zones from slow walking to fast running. Therefore, it motivates you to increase your mobility. Furthermore, the Polar AW200 provides a fast overview of your daily activity by means of three measured values:

• Active time: Evaluate the duration of the health-promoting mobility in relation to the total time.
• Active steps: Measure the mobility in steps. Thereby, you can reach new aims each day and control it in a simple way.
• calorie consumption: Check the real energy consumption and compare it with the recommended energy consumption und your daily energy absorption.
