Polar Body Workout: This innovative function supports your fitness training with ten strength exercises. You get recommendations on number of sets, repetitions and weight per exercise.
Polar OwnRelax: This function offers an easy possibility to determine your current state of relaxation. Your heart rate and heart rate variability are measured for 5 minutes and then your state of relaxation is determined.
