The basic model Polar RS100 of the Polar Running Computers offers a selection of special functions for the hobby runner. The most important function is the ECG-accurate heart rate measurement. Furthermore, the Polar RS100 Running Computer features the Own-Zone function for automatic determination of your personal training zone, the OwnCode function to prevent interferences from other pulse monitors and the OwnCal function for display of your energy consumption. The Polar UpLink Tool makes it easy to transfer training settings from your pc to the Polar RS 100.
