The Sport-Tiedje Door bar is optimal for exercising arm, back, and abdominal muscles at home. It allows a strength training with proper weight. Tip: For those, whose weight is not sufficient for exercising on the Sport-Tiedje Door bar, additional weights like i.e. Taurus weighted vest can increase the load and increase training effect. The Sport-Tiedje Door bar can be assembled in the door frame just like that and is ready for first chin-ups.

The ends of the chin-up bar Sport-Tiedje Door bar are rubberized for careful treatment of door frame and an even better stability. Screwing in door frame or wall is only necessary fro higher loads - and recommended if the door bar is fixed in a wooden door frame.
