Part 1 Lago d'Iseo 21 km
The first part of the street of the Tacx Real Life DVD Giro del Mortirolo - Italy starts in Sarnico, which is situated in the southwestern part of the picturesque mountain lake Lago d'Iseo. Here we start in eastern direction along the western coast of the lake and pass TAVERNOLA BERGAMASCA. Afterwards, in northern direction towards CASTRO where the exhausting part of the tour to the Passo del Gavia starts.

Part 2 Passo del Gavia 47 km
The second part begins with a leisurely gradient on the S42 and a short descent in direction PONTE DI LEGNO. There, the notorious ascent to the PASSO DEL GAVIA starts. At first, you drive along a quiet and broad road which winds through a valley. It does not take a long time until this road becomes a narrow winding forest road, a famous landmark of this ascent. "Infoboxes" show how far away you are from the pass height. After having reached the pass height, you drive along a forzen over lake before you can start the well-deserved descent to BORMIO and begin the third part.

Part 3 Passo del Mortirolo 25 km
The last part of this diversified Tacx Real Life DVD Giro del Mortirolo - Italy starts in the village Grisio and leads in the south direction to the valley behind Bormio. After a quiet descent, you pass Grosotto, cross the river and turn left for beginning the most difficult part of the whole Real Life video collection. You pass a densely wooded forest on a really steep way which allows no view. This ascent is physically as well as mentally very difficult even for strong racing cyclist because of ascent percentages of more than 13%. After this part, which seems to be never ending, you reach an environment with less trees and the pass height seems to be very near.
