Besides that, it is possible to choose manually frequency, time, and amplitude. By means of the second cotnrol panel on the console upright post, you can operate the Taurus vibration plate VT9 PRO in lying or sitting position as well.

Muscle groups which can be chosen are quadriceps, gluteal muscles or shoulder and back muscles, among others. Just tip on the desired muscle group on the touchscreen and the training pc proposes automatically respective exercises. There is a BMI calculator integrated in the user memory of the Taurus vibration plate VT9 PRO. Another highlight of the Taurus vibration plate VT9 PRO is the media player - play music data from a USB stick or display pictures.
