The Timex Ironman Triathlon 150 Lap consists of a segmented memory, serving as a training diary. Interims, best interim, average interim, and whole time of the training unit are memorized under the current date for each training unit. The interval-timer functions allow a connection of up to nine different intervals into a complete interval training including three varieties at the end: end, repetition or start with stop watch function.
