WaterWorkx Fitness Station

WaterWorkx is the first training station worldwide which works with natural, soft, self-determining water resistance. The water resistance is continuously adjustable for a training suitable for absolutely anyone - be it young or old, beginner or pro.
The precious WaterWorkx design was developed to combine the physiological components of a total body workout with esthetic beauty. As a result, the combination of wood, water, leather, plastic and metal is not just pleasing for the eye but also make the piece of equipment sturdy enough to meet all the requirements of a total body workout.
All important muscle groups can be exercised seperately or combined with the WaterWorkx fitness station. Legs, arms, chest, abs and buttox are toned the way you want them and back and joints become strong and flexible.
There is a variety of exercises for each body zone which can be found in the WaterWorkx training guide. The guide can be attached to the bars and flicked through easily.

  The harder one pulls the greater the resistance. The resitance is continuously adjustable via a dial.

• Continuous muscle contraction!
• The special resistance of the water promotes slow, smooth movement which tires the muscle effectively and therefore makes for a new intensity of exercise feel
• 100% strength used for the way there!
• As there is no tension when returning to the starting position, all strength can be put in the intitial motion of the exercise. Returning to the starting position is not dangerous even when absolutely tired.
• Coordination training!
• As Water Workx (unlike most strength training equipment) does not use guided resistance, exercising working against the water resistance as well as working against one's own body weight is a lot closer to reality and requires coordination which makes it more challenging
• Very good for strength training with intense, cardiopulmonary elements
