i-shape TVR-5930 Zen Pro Vibration Plate

The TVR-5930 Zen Pro is the first vibration plate by i-shape which features a second display for enhanced operability. This extra LED display is close to the lower platform and makes exercises in a lying or a sitting position even more comfortable to do: Simply assume the position for the exercise you wish to perform, press start and be "vibrated". The lower console gives information on the duration of the exercise anytime.
Unlike the i-shape TVR-5900 vibration plate, the TVR-5930 features an enhanced main computer. There are three storage locations so that the user can store custom programmes, as well the preset exercise programmes total body, torso, lower body and upper body. Therefore, self-created sequences of exercises can be stored and recalled anytime.

Featuring an interactive console, the TVR-5930 vibration plate shows how to do the large number of exercises correctly in regard to the correct posture and maximum effectiveness using pictures. Furthermore, it gives information on the frequency, the duration of the exercise, the duration of the whole exercise session and the exercised muscles.
The latter is of great importance because those muscles contracted during the exercise are those which are strengthened and toned best!
